Life can pull us away from ourselves, leaving us physically tense or in pain, mentally and emotionally agitated and spiritually disconnected.


My role as a holistic massage healer is to gently guide you from fragmentation back into a sense of wholeness, where you can feel more like yourself again.


To restore the flow of your natural energy, I use the deeply grounding and soothing qualities of hot stones. These offer a profound healing effect, helping to surrender the impact of stress on your energy system and inviting the release of tension held in your muscles and nervous system. It can feel as if the stress you’ve been carrying simply melts away, creating space for you to return to yourself.“I didn’t realise how much I was holding until it started to release. The warmth of the stones, the calm presence—everything felt safe. I walked out feeling like a softer version of myself.”


Alongside hot stones, I work intuitively to respond to the needs of your energy, drawing on the vibrational medicine of plants. As a trained aromatherapist, I select essential oils that support your unique needs for balance and healing. During a session, I layer several essential oils to encourage a release in the muscles and the whole nervous system creating a beautiful sense of integration.“The oils Valerie chose felt like they were made just for me. I could feel something shift emotionally—like I had been given permission to exhale after a long time holding my breath.”
