Massage therapy for seniors works gently to restore a healthy flow of energy throughout the body. This nurturing massage draws on the healing power of essential oils to naturally open the body to release tension and pain, and to uplift the spirit in a deeply comforting and restorative way. A nourishing and integrating experience that supports you in returning to a feeling of wholeness, ease and wellbeing. Enjoy the feeling of being back in your natural flow and glow! Sessions are available at my clinic and I also offer gentle in-room treatments for seniors within retirement villages and rest homes. Supports: physical discomfort, muscle pain, stiffness, tension, arthritis, low energy, emotional heaviness, stress, insomnia or simply the need for nurturing care and human connection.
Cancellation Policy
Please call us at 021 2162708 or email valerie@in-essence.co.nz with at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office before your appointment time on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment. In Essence is committed to providing very good care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
