Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Support on your cancer journey When faced with a life-threatening illness, everything changes. How you look at yourself, others, life and what is essential for you as a person and a soul. So much is stimulated from such a diagnosis on all levels and it is vital to have deep emotional support. In this journey, you will need to feel you are not alone and that all your feelings are worthy of being held. When this happens, you feel better, clearer and more at peace. This affects your general health and well-being and the quality of your experience of the life you do have. As a counsellor using Pascha Therapy, I am committed to hold an unconditional calm and loving space for you. To feel understood and known deeply will unburden you and this can bring so much healing to your heart and soul. This kind of support can make a significant difference to how you walk this journey. I welcome you and I welcome all parts of you. I am available to see you in person or via zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 021 2162708 or email valerie@in-essence.co.nz with at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office before your appointment time on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment. In Essence is committed to providing very good care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
