As an aromatherapist, I support you in choosing and working with essential oils in a way that nourishes all levels of your being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Essential oils interact with the body’s natural processes at a deep cellular level. Their potency and purity allow them to support gentle shifts with ease, helping the body move back toward balance. On a physical level, certain essential oils can help soothe inflammation, release muscle tension, and bring comfort to areas of strain. Others offer profound support for the nervous system, helping settle overwhelm and invite a sense of calm and regulation. Mentally and emotionally, each oil carries its own unique energy and memory. Essential oils can gently open inner spaces, support clarity, and hold you as you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt distant or dormant. They can guide your energy toward emotional release, new growth, or a deeper sense of inner steadiness. On a spiritual level, essential oils invite you into deeper presence and connection with your inner wisdom. Their vibrational qualities can support grounding, openness and a natural sense of flow. I weave essential oils into massage therapy, healing and counselling to respond to your individual needs, offering guidance and dispensing blends of oils for on-going support between sessions.
