Are you in need of finding answers to your life’s challenges currently? Your own soul will guide you to what is right for you. In my role as a heart and soul based counsellor, I have observed the need of many to go deeper within themselves to find answers and healing for their life. Come and be guided by myself to feel your soul more clearly. I will teach you how to slow down & listen to yourself to hear your own inner voice and soul guidance. Such a connection is vital in a time of change, be it for stress, relationships, healing and/or gaining clarity on your direction in life. Receiving your insight will come with a tangible energy shift within you. It will be calming, soothing and reassuring. From this energy, you will know what step you can take to support yourself in your life. I look forward to assisting your own realizations in this process!

Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 021 2162708 or email valerie@in-essence.co.nz with at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office before your appointment time on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment. In Essence is committed to providing very good care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
