Service Description

Trusting yourself asks for a willingness to feel all that you are in touch with. It is through listening deeply to yourself that you support your heart and soul in life. Both through the healing you need and then through the soul guidance you receive that is right for you. Confidence comes from opening to the inner conversations within you that are intimate and always available. Learning what to listen to within is a sacred process that is very natural to your heart and soul. In this time of deep change, learning how to listen to yourself is vital for knowing how to support yourself, for well-being and for staying connected to a sense of purpose in your life. One on one counselling using Pascha Therapy over a period of 6 weeks with the possibility of extending it if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 021 2162708 or email valerie@in-essence.co.nz with at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office before your appointment time on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment. In Essence is committed to providing very good care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
