Glowing Skin- crafting Skincare using doTERRA Essential Oils

Living close to nature is such a wise choice as nature has always known best how to nurture, re-balance and heal us.  My work in its many facets has at its core a deep reverence for how nature works and how it supports the body to return to its balance in alignment with the natural forces of life.

Tracey Coulthard from Living well and I are offering a workshop on the 20th March, 10am-12pm to teach you how to make your own natural skincare from nature’s raw ingredients and doTERRA essential oils.

Skincare can be overwhelming but at this make-n-take session we'll teach you a simple 3-step routine that doesn't disregard the impacts that water, exercise, movement, emotional well-being and internal support have on your skin.

Taking care of our skin is important, as it is not only our largest living organ of our bodies but it also serves as a protective barrier between our internal organs and the outside world. Using zero-toxic products can be a great way to care for your skin without exposing yourself to harmful chemicals. Have you looked at what's in your skincare?... The word 'natural', 'natural fragrance' etc hides so many things.

To get started we are going to make our own natural skin care products using simple non-toxic raw ingredients and add to these our beautiful doTERRA essential oils.

Oil Cleanser to sweep away the day and keep our skin clean. It is gentle, hydrating, soft and nourishing. Water-based cleansers don’t cut it with what we put on our skin today, so this is a beautiful alternative to add after our doTERRA Verage Cleanser.

Brightening Facial Serum infuses and fills our skin cells with the good stuff giving it a beautiful plump look and managing specific skin concerns like wrinkles, acne, dry skin and dullness.

Moisturiser seals and put a lid on it. Take home a sample of the beautiful doTERRA Essential Hydrating Cream packed with emollient-rich ingredients and probiotics to help improve the skin's natural beauty. This beauty is infused with jasmine, geranium, lavender and frankincense essential oils.
