• As a certified Pascha therapist, I offer a very compassionate space for you to open up your feelings and listen to what they have to tell you. It guides you to trust yourself in follow what feels right for you, and gain the empowerment to know you can create your life from a clear sense of self. I support the process of grief and the recovery of your energy from loss in life. Be it the loss of a loved one, the loss of self, or a change in your life circumstances. • My other role as a therapist is to support and inspire you to trust your spiritual energy. This means accompanying you to listen to your inner guidance and encouraging you to take the steps towards the fulfilment of your potential. • It is a process of inner transformations that will change how you see and experience yourself internally and in your life. • Feelings of depression and anxiety are also supported and healed in this process. Cancellation Policy

Please call us at 021 2162708 or email valerie@in-essence.co.nz with at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office before your appointment time on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment. In Essence is committed to providing very good care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
